My journey in the design world began as a graphic designer, crafting logos and brochures for brands. I eventually discovered my love for UI/UX design as it perfectly aligned with my empathic nature.

Confirming current status: Gaining insights into the project's status, encompassing existing strengths, weaknesses, customer and stakeholder feedback (including testimonials), identified issues, and readily available opportunities for improvement.

Competitive analysis: Evaluating what the competition is doing well(or not) and identify gaps to reveal opportunities.

Appropriate UX methods: Determining the most appropriate UX methods and approaches that best serve the success of business and user goals.

Execution: Initiating the project with a carefully selected methodology to set the wheels in motion for success.
